I've been looking for a pretty blue dress for a wedding between my sweeter-than-sugar Kendra and her choice, Mike.

I'm with Tam on #2 being cool in the photo, but in person I'm wondering if it would be a disappointment?
#4 would also be good...my sister is getting a long sleeved dress so that is totally fine too (it is Denver, in March).
